Production Process

of our Castiron Bathtubs

1.Cast iron base substrate
All the designs of the cast iron base substrate are created in strict accordance with clients'specifications.

2.Pretreatment
Base substrates go through a chemical disposal for removal of contamination impurity and rust and provide a fittest surface for receiving the enamel.

3.Ground Coat
Enamel is applied to the surface of the base substrates.

4.Furnace cooking
The base substrate is put into the furnace where fusing of the vitreous enamel onto the cast iron sheet takes palce at approximate 800 centigrade.

5.Cover coat enamel coats
Enamel is then applied to the enameled panel according to color
instruction. Normally 3 plies of the cover coat enamel will be applied.

6.Furnace
Every coat of enamel is individually heated to approximate 900 centigrade.

7.Finished Paneis
Before being packed for transportation,all cast iron apparatuses will undergo processes of inspection and covering protection materials.

1. ISO:9001 Standards

ISO:9001 is one of a serice of standards in the ISO:9000 family thatdeal with Quality Management Systems (QMS) for businesses. Specifically, ISO:9001 specifies the design, development and implementation of a QMS to improve various aspects of business processes, quality and customer service.

This assures you, the customer, that our manufacturer has a good QMS in place. An organization with an effective QMS will typically meet customer expectations better than one that does not have an effective QMS. Many organizations require their suppliers to have ISO:9001 registration.

2. Vacuum Casting

A casting in which metal is melted and poured under very low atmospheric pressure. A form of permanent mold casting where the mold is inserted into liquid metal, vacuum is applied and metal is drawn up into the cavity.
